Denise Amyot

President and CEO
Denise Amyot was appointed in 2013 as the President/CEO of Colleges and Institutes Canada, the voice of Canada’s colleges, institutes, cegeps and polytechnics, and an international leader in education for employment in over 25 countries. Previously, Denise was the President/CEO of the Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation, a Federal Crown Corporation. She has worked as Assistant Deputy Minister at the federal level in her last three roles. Denise is Past Chair of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics and Chair of the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Science, Society and Policy (ISSP). Denise is a board member of the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), Hôpital Montfort, the Canadian Centre for Science and Policy, and has been appointed by the Government of Canada on the Future of Skills Council of Canada.
